    A comprehensive redesign of MyWIZ’s business management platform, evolving from a mobile optimization project into a full-scale UX overhaul—including a revamped dashboard and four new audience-specific pages. The goal: to empower entrepreneurs and accountants to manage their businesses anytime, anywhere, while improving engagement, usability, and SEO.

    MyWIZ is a digital service for small businesses, providing smart tools for accounting and business management. Developed by Wizrom, one of Romania’s most experienced software companies (26+ years), it helps businesses operate efficiently and grow with confidence.

  • My role & Process

    We started by making the platform mobile-friendly, focusing specifically on optimizing the receipt and invoice upload feature to simplify communication between entrepreneurs and accountants.

    Later, the project expanded into a redesign of the entire existing platform, which wasn’t visually modern but functional. The goal was to align it with contemporary design standards while keeping the focus on usability for accountants and entrepreneurs.

  • Key Challenges

    Mobile Optimization (Limited Scope):

    • Adapted only the receipt/invoice upload feature for mobile to make document sharing easier between entrepreneurs and accountants.
    • Ensured the feature was intuitive and fast, addressing the need for quick, on-the-go document management.

    Platform Redesign:

    • Modernized the visual design of the entire platform.
    • Balanced aesthetic improvements with functional needs, especially for accountants who relied on the system daily.
  • Outcomes
    • Mobile Feature: Entrepreneurs and accountants could now upload and share receipts/invoices easily from their phones.
    • Platform Redesign: A more modern and cohesive visual experience (though no visuals are available to showcase).
    • New Pages: Improved SEO and user engagement by addressing specific audience needs.

    • Focus on Practical Needs: The mobile work targeted a specific pain point (document uploads) based on direct feedback from accountants.
